15 Nov Glam! Adam Lambert “I Seriously Have The Best Fans!” New Music On Way!
Adam Lambert attended the “What Do You Worship” art and photo event at Church Boutique last night that was being guest hosted by Lenny Kravitz. Our art friend Mathieu Bitton invited us.
This was my 3rd time meeting Adam and each time I introduce myself, not sure he knows who I am yet. I asked if for us to take a photo with him so I could post on my site for his fans because how dedicated they are to Adam when I post about him.

I couldn’t agree more. In the first photo, we had some weird light shining across us so another was needed to be taken.
Doc: I hear you are recording a new album?
Adam: Yes. I have been back in the studio and things are sounding great.
D: I am very upset that “Trespassing” did not get the support and recognition it deserved from your label.
A: (Leans In) That is why I am no longer with them!
D: There were so many good songs. The stuff with Nile Rodgers.
Adam shakes his head in disdain.
D: I am so happy things are going great for you on Glee.
A: Yes. It has been an amazing experience.
D: When will you guest DJ on Ellen again?
A: When? (Laughs) I wasn’t actually DJing. Just pretending to spin.
D: I don’t care! I am just glad Ellen and others are giving you shine!
I thanked Adam for his time and say I will be in touch with his people. All of this is within 2 minutes. We didn’t sit back and talk. It was just during the photos. A brief but cool conversation.

Posted at 06:02h, 16 NovemberThere were indeed many good songs on Trespassing and Glamberts were really pissed at RCA for failing miserably to get them out. Singles like Shady, Naked Love and Cuckoo should have been released but none of these singles were released. It’s pure sabotage. So glad Adam has left them. Time to move on, we are ready for Adam to hit us with new music!

What happened with “Trespassing” was heartbreaking for Adam’s fans and no doubt Adam too. Such an amazing piece of work deserved sooo much better. I never get tired of listening to “Trespassing”. New fans have a treat in store for them when they discover it. Thanks for a great short interview and awesome pic.

Posted at 12:03h, 15 NovemberDr. F very happy you met Adam. He is such a genuine and down-to-earth person nothing fake about him. I said after Trespassing album was released that his label wasn’t doing much to promote his new music and the single choices were okay there were better ones like Shady, TSP, Cuckoo, Kickin In (love this one) Pop that lock. Underneath a ballad is one of the best songs on the album and was ignored also. I see a bright future for Adam now so many things going his way which should have happened under his old management. Thanks for such a nice but brief write up.

Posted at 11:48h, 15 NovemberThanks for the informative chat with Adam! His fans have all felt this about his former label not Having faith in and supporting Trespassing. I was so upset with their treatment of TSP and their inability to know great songs like Shady and Kickin In and making them singles. These were ahead of Funk and groovy songs like Get Lucky. So many great songs that could have been singles. Such little promotion for an album that got such great reviews and no support to get TSP songs on the radio.Trespassing is still the album I love most and play songs from it daily! I threw a party when Adam finally said no and parted with RCA! I hope whatever label Adam chooses will do right by him so the public will get a chance to hear his music and judge for themselves.

And so glad Adam will be with a new label for the next one.. He deserved so much more support than he got last time around. Trespassing was (and IS!) an awesome collection of fabulous music and was simply ignored. Still shaking my head…. and hugs to you :))

Posted at 10:25h, 15 NovemberListen up Dr. F…I can guarantee you that when it comes to faces, Lambert has a photographic memory! For years now fans have been consistently impressed when after meeting him at a Meet and Greet or barricade in 1 state (or even country) then seeing them again months later in a totally different state/country, he recalls/remembers them and specifically says things like “Hey?? Didn’t I meet you in *name of place”? He’s like a savant that way, lol.So rest assured he KNOWS you when he sees you (or he at least recalls your face and place) I hope you DO get the opportunity to talk to him again soon! He is a really awesome dude.
