Montreal, Prince is having an official NPG afterparty tonight at Club Newtown with a performance by Marla Joy & DJ Rashida will be putting you in the mix.

You know the Doc with DJ Rashida had to hook you up with the info to make sure you can go.

Tickets online are $50 now and will be $60.00 at the door until 1 a.m. where we hear the price will go up after 1.

The party is expected to get started at 11 p.m. and will be rocking til 4 a.m.

    This after jam was playful and pulsating on every level. It’s great to see musicians play for the love of their craft. Real music – 100 percent au naturel!
    Oh yeah – and Prince was pretty good too! 🙂

    The after jam was amazing!!! Worth it just for DJ Rashida, she killed it!! Prince and the NPG were so dope I stood in the front row just completely transfixed. Seeing their skills up close like that deepened my understanding of Princes genius and the tightness of that band. Such a great complement to the arena show, I’m glad I did both. I strongly recommend prince fans in canada hit the aftershows up too.

    OH and shout out to the chick next to me who tried to slip Prince a note over the keyboards…pure comedy!
