After we talked about Prince and Dave Grohl jamming, Dave started talking about it on tour.

Dave played 2 Forum shows and another Southern California show, and in each one, he described the jam session we talked about and that took place between the 2.

We would really love to share with you the version of “Whole Lotta Love” that Dave and Prince covered by Led Zeppelin,  If anyone has it, we would greatly appreciate being able to post it here.

    I am a HUGE Prince fan, my husband is a HUGE Dave Fan. It’s pretty cool they are fans of each other. I knew Dave was when we wached the Back and Fourth DVD. He started singing Purple Rain. I know Dave has done Darling Nikki in concert, and Prince has covered one of the FOO Fighters songs as well. Great story, hope they get togehter again and maybe create some great music togehter……maybe they will share it with us?

    AWESOME!!! What a great video and story.

    I love Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters. I knew he was a fan but now I know he’s a huge fan!!!

    I would really Love to See Prince and Jimmy Page collaborate while they still can…. Especially while Page is starting on a new Solo Album without a current Singer….

    Awesome story, would love to hear that song.. Dave & Prince on an album track would be EPIC!! Dave is sorta like the Hard Rock equivalent of Prince! man is a MONSTER!!
