05 Jul Lady Gaga’s Personal YouTube Account Has Been Shut Down!
What the what? Lady Gaga’s personal and official youtube account has been taken down by youtube. The reason? 3rd party copyright infringement claims.
Usually, Gaga posts her own TV appearances like she did for the French TV shows she was on last week. The reason? So blogs such as drfunkenberry.com can share the links and footage for her fans to see on youtube and here.
From what I can see, she never posts other people’s videos, only her own. So, it must be the TV shows she is appearing on claiming they own the copyright and not Lady Extravaganza herself. The fans suffer here more than anyone.
So we ask you, who owns the copyright of the performance; the TV show from which the artist appeared on or the artist themselves?-Dr.FB
