Maria Shriver is celebrating this 4th of July weekend by filing for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger. Arnold was given the heads up as him and Maria are on speaking terms.
There was never a pre-nup in the 25 year marriage so everything will be split 50/50. The couple seems to hoping for a clean and fast break. Not sure why they filed in L.A. as other states are faster. Sandra Bullock divorced then husband Jesse James in Texas, where it was over and done in no time. Shriver is requesting that Arnold pay for all attorney fees as well
Maria is filing for custody of the kids and we are told Arnold will not contest it.-Dr.FB
