Penelope Cruz’s rep has confirmed that the actress is 4 and a half months pregnant.  Photos surfaced this weekend of Javier Bardem and Cruz looking rather full.

There is no word if this will change Pirates Of The Carribean 4, which she has been filming with Johnny Depp.
