Here is Eminem performing  “Not Afraid” & “I Love The Way You Lie” with surprise guest Rihanna. 

Rihanna tweeted yesterday she would not be able to make the VMA’s but it was all a ruse as she arrived shortly before showtime to rehearse with Em.

    What struck me was how unprepared he looked. In the opening, before he came out to the main stage, he was constantly looking down at a moniter with the words. When it’s a tight shot on your face, this looks HORRIBLE. Then when he did hit the big stage with RiRi, he was obviously lip syncing because he messed up big time more than once.

    I understand that most acts use a recorded (live) vocal track, and it’s TV and things can go wrong. But at least put in the work to know your lyrics and be prepared!!!
