Forget what we said before! Prince IS performing on the BET Awards on Sunday! He will perform with the artists honoring him for the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Those artists will be……Justin Bieber & Drake! …..NOT!
The real performers will be Alicia Keys, Esperanza Spaulding, Janelle Monae Patti LaBelle & Chaka Khan.
The BET Awards is NOT to be missed this Sunday for this performance and tribute alone.
You know he is gonna funk it up! All these ladies and just Prince? You know that’s how he rolls.

Good to know Patti and Chaka will be part of this tribute, as I couldn’t see them not being a part of this tribute for him. Patti in the past, expressed her appreciation of Prince, and well, we all know by now, that Chaka seems to be a good friend of his too. I think it is great that Janelle Monae is part of the tribute, since he seems to be a major fan of hers, and supports her music as well as her performances. Also good to know Esperanza Spaulding will be part of this as well. Prince will definitely receive a lot of love and appreciation from the crowd at the BET awards for his 30 years plus, and still going, contributions to the world of music.
