Janet Jackson will be headlining the Essence Music Festival July 2nd in New Orleans. 

This will be Janet’s first full concert performance since the passing of her brother Michael Jackson in June of last year.

Also, we are told there are talks of Miss Jackson getting back on the road on a tour of epic proportions.  The talks are in the early baby stages but if it comes to fruition….it is going to be amazing! The doc’s lips are sealed.

Janet Jackson is set to be on Good Day L.A. Today to promote her new Tyler Perry movie “Why Did I Get Married Too.”-Dr.FB

    The return of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Now that would be amazing. I hope I can see her again if she tours. I wasn’t too thrilled with the last concert from the Discipline tour. I would of liked to see more “All For You” style from the past.

    I sure hope she sings live like Tonex hoped and thought she should, I think a Janet album by Tonex is too hot of an idea. Hit me up Tonex and we can get Wendy and Lisa to remix the singles. HOTNESS

    I love this girl. I’m glad her career has been added a spark of lightening again. Its sad that her brothers death had to make people realize how sweet beautiful & talented she really is. I wonder how a tour is going to interfere with her next movie role in Tyler Perry new second movie. That is going to start filming soon. Good luck & congrats on u being added to the Essence Festival
