Yup, this literally just happened in the middle of the night and you knew I would be up to give it to you. 

The court ruling blocking Madonna from adopting Mercy has been overturned and Madonna has won.  Mercy we hear is getting ready to be taken to New York.  Congrats to Madonna.

    And to boot… all these people THINKING just because Madge has money and what comes with it will make for a better upbringing for Mercy is totally ridiculous. Who said Madge is a good mom? I mean, it can be a great thing for a child with less fortune, however… it doesn’t mean it will.

    So basically she’s stealing a child…if the adoption has been contested by the family..then Madonna should have backed off….period…I”m sure there are plenty of african-american kids that would love a good home.
