People.com has confirmed that Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo is pregnant.  This is her first child with her husband Chris Avery.

You know what People.com hasn’t confirmed yet?  The breaking news exclusive of Dave Grohl’s wife giving birth.  What?  Just saying.
