Sexiness at its best, hot damn Mr. Clooney!!

Thursday night’s guest appearance on “ER” was no exception.  George kept the fire burning, not to mention the boost in show ratings.  It took two years to return, but better late than never.

Clooney put his “Dr. Doug Ross” scrubs on one more time and played along side his TV wife, Julianna Marguiles, who plays Dr. Carol Hathaway.
