Posted at 07:20h, 06 MarchPrince looks like he is having a mid life crisis. He looks terrible!! I like the stripped down band and rock direction but that performance was not good. They need practice

Posted at 05:15h, 06 MarchYou are right about the ending of Bambi, it really rocks. Still don’t like the beginning, you shouldn’t be bothered by that cause I love lots of other songs from Prince.. so

Posted at 11:01h, 05 MarchAlso, I would like to add both Screwdriver and Bambi both TOTALLY ROCKED and Prince’s voice on Bambi was spot on. The roll in his voice– Loved It!!!! The ending is as they say pure Rock N Roll and we like it!!!!! 🙂

Posted at 09:01h, 05 MarchTrudy June – it is rude to even point it out – but please check when Bambi was written before writing such a thing 😉
Though – to be fair – you will have amused *a lot* of Prince fans with that comment.

Posted at 06:37h, 05 MarchBambi is such a legendary rocker!!! Glad he performed it. It alway sounds great when he performs it with a small band (Saw a video of him performing it back in the early 90’s with sonny t and Michael Bland) Any musician wanting to enter the game now should study people like Prince. So much to learn from people like him, raphel saadiq, lenny kravitz and frank mccomb. Musical skills is sadly lacking from the majority of today’s performers. All they have is a desire to be famous. Dez dickerson once said that he had a desire to see Prince rock out with a small rock band. Well, there you have it! Great performance.

Awesome. Where has this Prince been hiding the last 10 years?
Smallest Prince backing band ever?
Love the attitude the girls are bringing to the songs.
Moar of this please Prince.

Posted at 18:14h, 04 MarchSomeone want to tell the blonde out of a bottle she’s a sideman and to stop trying to Bogart the show?

Posted at 11:30h, 04 MarchUrgh, I’m getting so tired of this availability thing, now the video’s can only be streamed within the US, what’s up with that?!?

Posted at 10:59h, 04 MarchThrashing, bashing, and wailing is not music. Noise is the correct nomenclature to assign.

Posted at 10:15h, 04 MarchI’m sorry, I didn.t watched the ending, I thought screwdriver was cool, but that song (is it Bambi ?) with the high womanish tone, was to much for me. Little Broh, I want songs as good as the eighties, so screwdriver is good and so are a lot of Prince songs, but please ……………..no more of this Bambi song
Sorry, Trudy from Leiden (Still wanna see your shows like in Rome)

Posted at 06:28h, 04 MarchThe performance rocked and I loved the ending where it seemed clear to me that Jimmy Fallon sort of wanted the noise to stop, but didn’t really dare mess with it because it was genuine Prince noise hehe 🙂
