13 Jul Ted Danson To Replace Laurence Fishburne on “CSI”

Ted Danson is replacing Laurence Fishburne on CSI. The announcement was made today that the former “Cheers” ,”Curb Your Enthusiasm”, and “Damages” star is the new face of CSI for the season 12 premiere on Wednesday September 21st.
Danson will be playing the new CSI supervisor role that Fishborne left in May. This is a pretty big move by CBS to star Danson in this role. Danson is familiar to TV audiences so they should warm to him quite quickly.
No statement has been made by Danson on taking on the CSI role.-Dr.FB
