There was no foul play in the death of legendary wrestler Randy “Macho Man” Savage. He had a “cardiac event” before crashing his car into a tree. Lanny Poffo, Savage’s brother, said this from the start, even before a first autopsy report was inconclusive.
Savage did have alcohol and hydrocodone in his system at the time of his death, but did not play a role in his passing. It is being reported that Randy suffered from a cardiovascular disease, which caused the cardiac event to take place.-Dr.FB
