So Katy Perry is having a contest.   No, not to play motorboat with the her parts Sesame Street labeled too offensive to kids.

It’s her “Firework” contest to whoever is a firework to you in your life, that inspires you.  The winner will be flown to London, England for one of her shows and get to hang out with her.
