Drake and Nicki Minaj announced today via Twitter that they are now married.

Either we are all getting punked or this is the first wedding among young stars announced via Twitter.

We are waiting for confirmation from both reps but it appears to be true.

What do you think?  Too young to be married or are they fooling us?-Dr.FB
