21 Dec Brittany Murphy’s Autopsy Completed

Brittany Murphy’s Autopsy is completed and the results were….inconclusive. No foul play. No sign of stress on the body.

What the coroner wants to know is what prescription drugs were in her system so the coroner will say nothing more until the toxicology results come in which will be a few weeks.
