As we were the first to hint at these past couple of weeks, Prince will be playing in Paris this weekend.

1st rumor was La Grange a Saturday public show and a Monday private show.

Other was at Grand Palais 2 Sunday shows, 1 public and one private.

Yahoo! News is confirming he’ll play two shows at the Grand Palais exhibition hall in Paris on Sunday, October 11. The concerts are called “All Day/All Night” and will be held at 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.

We’re hearing conflicting reports on the format of the shows and pricing. We’re hearing that the 1st show will be sold to the public AFTER industry and fashion people have been invited. And we’re hearing the second show will be private.

Lastly, I am hearing that the ticket price…500 Euros. But I’m also hearing 99 and 127 euros.

Nothing has been confirmed by his people, only both venues and an outside party.

500 Euros? Man, if that is true…..wow.

That’s what I know now. Will let you know if it changes. Nothing officially confirmed.-Dr.FB

UPDATE: From a commenter (thx Lydia!): The tix will be sold tomorrow at FNAC stores for the concerts on Sunday. Both shows are open to the public. Ticket prices are 100 Euros for G.A. and 130 euros for VIP.

    Let me clarify a bit with the info i have.
    There r 2 shows planned at Le Grand Palais on sunday, 1st show @ 5pm and 2nd show at 10pm.
    Tickets for both shows will be on sale at FNAC stores and website starting after noon (probably 2pm). Prices r not sure yet, but we hear 99 EUR for floor and 139 EUR for gold circle seats. Price per show.

    There is also a strong rumour about a showcase or event on monday evening, that seems to take place at La Cigale (which is a 1200-capacity concert hall). We don’t know yet if tickets will be available to the general public.

    Doc,
    The tix price at 500 euros you heard are only for La Cigale VIP access for monday. The others G.A. might be around 100 euros of what I know!

    Wow 500 € … I’m gonna pass than …
    It’s obviously not intended for the ‘normal’ folks. Too bad .. hope prices like this aren’t becoming standard for him
