Posted at 21:20h, 22 Septembervocally it’s not that impressive (not that he has to impress anyone). His vocals lately have been lackluster and doesn’t have the same melodic quality it usually has. kinda monotone.
guitar was great as usual though.

Don’t forget, we have subscribed 70 dollars for a hole year. Something tells me some changes going on for us subscribers. Other will may going to be badly jealous..

Posted at 20:00h, 22 SeptemberI agree that Dr. Funkenberry is the #1 source 4 all Prince news….I visit this site more than Lotus…I feel bad 4 those who r upset with Prince and his website and can agree that it was a rip off when all we got was a cd download and a amatuer looking t-shirt…He has disaapointed many fans and unless he gives everyone who signed up another year for free u can bet that people will not sign up again…wow hate 2 say it…but bad call on his part

Posted at 19:51h, 22 SeptemberI am very disappointed, only one guitar ? There’s one missing, only one lead vox, no bg vox ? Power needed into that rendition. Lead vox NOT in falsetto makes this song as banal as can be. The bass is on holidays, the extensive rauchy and rocky solo is gone to make room to a nice arrangement, ok, but to segue into Take me With U ? Please ? We heard it a thousand times, enough !
If this is what we french, are gonna witness, well, I am sorry to tell, but there’s no rock neither soul into it, so no, that’s not exciting AT ALL.
If Prince really look forward to pleasing the french fans, then he can continue rehearse night and day, and consider playing stuff he never played before, and/or he didn’t play for a very long time.
Don’t get me wrong, play WYWTSB? is cool, for sure, but honestly it’s not punchy enough. I need more to trip.

U have know idea what you have done for me. My son keeps making me play it over and over. Im sure he recalls it from in the womb 🙂 The track is hot, its refreshing. Its giving me some hope and rejuvenation. When theres so much crap on radio, I can always rely on P to be timeless and mindblowing. In a time when my hubs has 70 enrolled in band, but only 10 show for rehearsals… siiiigh. I just needed this. He will flip when he hears it too. Thanks again…..
