BUT in referencing Prince in say a Michael news item, they were both contemporaries, both followed each others work and career and trust me, if it wasnt for one or the other, both wouldnt have done some amazing work. It was part of that competitiveness they engaged in back in the day. Im thankful for that. Both gave us some amazing work, not completely as a result but a big part I think.
So when I see another amazing performer as MJ do something great, I think about my other favorite artist, whom Ive been following hardcore-dly for more than 25 and say, man…’cmon! You deserve celebration too!

Just being honest, I run this site and yes I am a fan of P’s. Not a big deal.
Perez Hitler posts about Madonna like 2-3 times a day and Lady Gaga as well. What is wrong with helping out one of my favorite celebs in the entire world? Why is Madonna allowed to send Perez news directly and no one thinks nothing of it? You guys will find out who I am soon enough. If Prince knew what I looked like, he would be embarrassed that you think we are one and the same.
When it comes to celebs, I keep up to date on things, and labels and celebs and assistants and even celebs themselves send me news.
So when it comes to news on a celeb and it is on them and not someone else, can we keep it on topic of that person and not bring someone else into it? It would make what I am trying to do here sooooooo much easier and fun.
Thanks for your underatanding and let’ get on topic of Michael and do understand I will most likely be editing that mentions someone else that really does not pertain to this post.

Oh my god its going to be incredible. Incredible.
This should show Prince the value of honoring, never forgetting your legacy, all the brilliance he did once is being forgotten. Im saying this because I know Prince is sort of part of DF.
Anyway, its so sad to see this, but fascinating, the backstage work, the actual WORK that it takes, the finding a place of collaboration to put on a show, its sobering. He’s dancing like 20 years ago! Michael knew what the fans wanted and added a contemporary hipness and shine to it. He was a visionary and also had sharp instincts. He’s recreating Smooth Criminal and it doesnt look or feel dated or like he was stuck in the past! Brilliant.
Its magic, its special, its Michael. I am THERE opening day. Finally a movie or event worth going to and getting excited over – in the theatres soon.
I am definitely going to see this. I loved his Bucharest Dangerous Tour dvd. I can only imagine what he was going to do for this tour.

I will be there. My husband will be there. And I am going to plan an event for hubs HS Marching Band to take a night out together to see it. They have been hard to get through to. And Michael’s work ethic, talent, love and presence have to make a difference. Im excited, but at the same time it makes me cringe to see the clip. I cant quite explain it….
