“The Hangover” did what most movies have not been able to do this year and that is repeat at #1 for the 2nd week in a row.
Not only did it retain the #1 spot but it only dropped about 26% percent from the week before. It raked in 33 Million, about 11 million less than the week before. Land of the Lost was down over 51 percent. You could not get me to see Land of the Lost even if I was going to see it with twins. Not. Gonna. Happen.
It’s nice to know that it seems I was the only one who thought “The Hangover” was gonna be a smash as Hollywood insiders are still surprised at what it is doing. Good word of mouth goes a long way as the movie has grossed over $100 million in 10 days.-Dr.FB
